This project was an entire refresh to an old building. A whole new 600A-120/208V BC Hydro electrical service was designed and installed in a new base building electrical room along with power distribution to five rental units. VT Engineering designed the base building upgrades as well as the electrical designs for all five tenants ensuring everything was coordinated. Design included detailed electrical load calculations, ASHRAE lighting controls, fire alarm system, and power distribution to the various tenants equipment.
